I like that I can access my data from anywhere at anytime. This makes me more efficient and productive. The app crashes sometimes but it's not always my fault. There are times when I know there's an issue with the server or something but nothing has been fixed. It would be nice if they could fix these issues faster. I am solving problems such as time off balance sheet reporting, vacation time balance sheet reporting, payroll errors, and employee time tracking. I like the fact that it is a very user-friendly application, and I like that it is very easy to manage. It is a very good tool for HR departments to use. I like that I can use it at home or at the office. I dislike that it is a little expensive. I would recommend this application to anyone who needs a HR software. I am solving the problem of HR departments using a mobile application. It helps me to manage all the people in my department and to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
