I like that they are very active with new releases/features for us as hoteliers.
They constantly keep me updated via email or Slack about what's happening with our site! It is difficult sometimes trying to figure out why something isn't working correctly -- it could be my error but more often than not its because we've implemented an update without testing first (which happens!). That said, there are several times where issues have been solved just minutes after reporting them so you can only assume those problems were identified quickly & fixed!! Definitely recommend reaching out to Support Team if possible. Having someone who knows your business inside & outside looking at all aspects makes sure everything runs smoothly together - no matter how small :).
