Customer experience is amazing
is a good product (matte black headlight bezels) and easy to fit for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler's beautiful look. However, there were no matte black screws - only six of them. When I contacted ubox-HookeRoad I got into an endless loop of "We need your order number" - "No, we can't see this order". And they claimed they weren't the seller - what Amazon claimed wasn't true. This company wasted more time than six screws took - I suspect they are using AI robots to create this cyclic event. Intelligence QnA and decided to paint six screws - lesson learned.
