Review on 🚗 CURT 58000 Easy-Mount Trailer Wiring Connector Mounting Bracket for 2-Inch Receivers, 4 or 5-Way Flat, 6 or 7-Way Round Connectors by Jim Plump

This mount works great. This is a convenient and clean way to add electrical connectors for trailer wiring without having to screw a mounting bracket into the bumper. I love the fact that I no longer have a tangle of wires hanging from the hitch. Overall the installation took about 30 minutes as I had to plug in a 7 pin connector. The mounting bracket itself went through in about 5 minutes. Two screws hold them to the 2" receiver and cannot fall off. The only thing I didn't like is that the screws have to be tightened to the point where the screws and the top and bottom Actually flex the mount and adjust it to the receiver so it's a tight fit and doesn't move. The metal surface of the mount actually curves a bit. Not a very big issue and it doesn't affect the mount function, purely aesthetically. I got this mount with "Hopkins 47185 Multi-Tow Adapter" brought together. I chose this adapter because of the built in 4 spade connectors. They match perfectly, no problem. Overall I like this mount and definitely recommend it!
