They wobble a little but this does not affect performance. I'm done with cheap import bikes with unrealistically heavy polyurethane tires. A distinction is made between "working capacity" and "maximum resilience". Weighing just 600 pounds, which was a fraction of their maximum weight, they were very difficult to roll due to the soft tires squeezing into the ground. You don't need wheel locks at this stage as the shear weight on the soft tires will keep them from rolling. They don't look flat, but they appear flat because it takes both hands and your entire body weight to move an object across a perfectly clean and level concrete floor. By pushing in the opposite direction to spin the wheels, the shearing weight will rub the soft tire into the ground, damaging it. One set of these wasn't enough for a week. I finally settled on these sturdy steel wheels with no brakes and they roll much easier. Even on a slight incline, the 600lb weight keeps the cart in place and allows it to be moved even with one hand if needed. So far I am happy and am only deducting one star because the black paint on the wheels has chipped on all four and they are a bit loose as the hole in the wheel is slightly skewed. They squeaked too, but a bit of oil on the shaft took care of that - a bit surprised they didn't come with factory lubrication. I will update this review as needed.
