May have quality control, may have tested, works as advertised with Canon Rebel SL1 and 18-55mm lens. Use your dominant hand on the grip and use your other hand to support and pan/pan the camera. If it weren't for that I would have given it a 5 star rating, but paying full price for something that appears to be second hand is unethical. It doesn't bother me as I expect it to take a lot of wear and tear from getting in and out of travel luggage, but let me disassemble it. Looking for")
