First of all, my measurements are 5ft 3in, 195#, 35in waist, 45in hips. I ordered a large and they fit great. They are super soft and comfortable. They didn't move at all and tried to run 5 km. They are also knee resistant and a bit thicker than my 90 degree leggings. m pear obviously) I would suggest going up a size by 1 and if you are taller than me then you know they are shorter on your legs.
