Bought these headphones for my son for virtual study. He kept telling me that something was wrong with his headphones and he couldn't hear the teacher. Thinking that wasn't true, I took off his headphones to find the volume button was broken. I have tried contacting someone and also asking how to contact someone in the questions section in the reviews and have not received any help or feedback. My son really liked his headphones but he can't use them anymore as he's only had them for a few weeks.
