Worked great for me.

I don't know what the problem is with some of these reviews. Great price and fast delivery. It's definitely a belt replacement process, but once it works fine. It was exactly what came out of the factory. We recommend changing the belt once a year. I got away with two. But after about 8 screws my shampoo is back in action. ****Updated - wow the customer service is amazing for one reason or another, I had issues with the second strap. I emailed the company and within a day a replacement was at my doorstep. It was a great purchase and good company.
