At best, average construction. The assembly wasn't too difficult. After four months of light to moderate use, this chair has developed some issues.1. The seat screws require constant tightening or annoying squeaking, rattling and groaning noises2. The lumbar support is too aggressive for the average person. This only aggravated my condition.3. The seat cushion is quite flat so I had to use a seat cushion from some garden furniture. The company uses Vine reviews in exchange for free products. Big red flag! Very unhappy. It's a pity I can't return it, but it's outside the return window.
