I like that they have tools to use in order for my campaigns to be successful, as well as having good customer service! They also offer tutorials where you can watch them do things so it's easy for us non-techies out there who want an update from time to time. It would definitely help if we could see graphs of our progress and what is working or not. This helps keep me motivated and up to date when I'm unsure about something. We are able to get some qualified traffic which has been great because we're getting leads right now instead of waiting until people come directly to our website.
