Too bulky for small breed dogs
Buckle and hook too bulky for small breed dogs. Ordered one for me and a friend, both measured correctly. Her neck is 12.5”. Small says it fits (11" - 15.7"). However, the product is very durable and glows very brightly at night with all the colors! It would be ideal if the smaller sizes came along with fewer features.
