We've used Almanac for several years now, for both internal project documentation as well as external RFPs/RFI submissions. There are times when certain features aren't available or it can be tricky to find what you're looking for. For example - we had some issues with using the BPM tool (Almanac) where it was difficult to figure out exactly which step was required next until after completing one of the steps previously. I'm not sure if this is something that could have been addressed by updating any software but it was definitely an issue while working remotely from my home office over the last few months. A great product overall though! It has helped us keep track of our projects internally so that everyone knows who's responsible for specific tasks and milestones.
