I ordered two dozen of these, two packs of 12 and they are made from a single piece of wood and I now use one for myself in a lounge chair and keep the rest for distribution to office staff. Cheap of me, but I'm a paralegal retiring soon and reducing my Christmas activities to "token" gifts, of which this product is the best option. I plan to attach a small Christmas bow to each of them and give them away unwrapped. Updated April 17, 2019. As I said, I gave them away for Christmas 2018 and they were a hit. Office workers loved them not only for the itch between the shoulder blades, but also because they can come in handy for fishing out that piece of paper that falls and flaps way below your desk.
