Review on Roycon Sales Cloud by Fred Novak

The platform is easy for my team of salespeople who have never used CRM before but I am not sure how many features they could use when it comes down to customization options or creating new modules.

Would be great if more customizations were available as well! This software does exactly what you need without adding too much extra work - very happy customer here!! It helps us keep track of leads from different sources (social media marketing etc) so each rep can focus only where he/she should concentrate most-sales activities.
