It was extremely difficult to fit the chips into the printer correctly. It took about an hour and two people to get it right the first time. Huge learning curve and holding the right chip in the right color. However, the ink itself was somehow damaged and smeared the pages completely black and then completely bright pink. Once these two carts were replaced with the new package I paid for to have them replaced, I could tell the difference in quality.
