A good open source solution but needs improvement

One can easily build virtual agents that understand the users’ intent without having them speak or answer questions. The platform makes it easy to get started even if you are new to the tool. Some of the built-in bots can be buggy especially VUI bots. Also, they take more time than other offerings out there in building AI. We were using this service for our chatbot that interacts with customers. It's free at the basic level for small chats. As an example, we needed about 1k chats per day. They offered some credits for each day until I requested for one million chats free per month account upgrade. If you need larger number of chats per day, I imagine this isn't going to be very feasible. We're working on designing for a conversational application and this was the cheapest alternative at $0 and free at the lower end. I like the ability to make calls from the app and that it is very easy to use. I have not found anything that I do not like. I think the support is great and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have not had any issues with the software. I have been able to make calls from the app and receive calls from the app. I have been able to create call flows and I am able to test the calls from the app. I can also test the calls from the app.
