I decided to spill coffee on my Apple USB keyboard and to my surprise it stopped working. So when I was looking for a replacement and didn't want a wireless keyboard or a keyboard for Windows based systems, I came across this one. Once connected, all keys worked just like on an Apple keyboard. The function keys behaved like an Apple keyboard; i.e. volume controls, dimmable display buttons, launchpad, etc. worked. everything worked like Apple. I was quite surprised. Unlike the Apple keyboard, this particular keyboard doesn't have USB ports on the keyboard, but I didn't use it anyway. The only change I would make would be to adjust the tilt. I placed the back of the keyboard on an old palm rest and that gives me my favorite slope. in coffee or other liquids.
