Review on πŸ”† Sengled Daylight Required Equivalent Assistant by Ron Coleman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

You need a strong WiFi or place a lightbulb near the router.

The first thing I want to point out is that you need to make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection or use a lightbulb very close to your router! I bought this for a downstairs room in my house and was shocked to keep getting a repeat message saying the bulb should basically be closer to the router (sigh). So I moved the lightbulb up, closer to the router, and it worked fine. I had no problems. the installation took less than 5 minutes. I have to point out that I am not at all tech savvy. I bought a daylight bulb and it's REALLY bright. In general, I recommend an incandescent bulb if you're using it near a router or if you have a strong WiFi network. I'll try the wifi booster below and see if that helps. If so, I'll definitely update this review.

Pros
  • Wake and Sleep Mode: Easy setup with Sengled Home app (iOS and Android). Schedule your smart lights to turn on slowly. From the set time, the smart light bulbs will light up slowly for the time you set. Your lights will gradually get brighter in the morning. In addition, you can set the lighting to mimic a sunset so you can fall asleep more naturally each night. Your lightbulbs will slowly dim over the amount of time you set.
Cons
