I like the product. I ordered 2 sets and luckily the one I gave to someone was perfect. When I unpacked mine I heard something rattling without opening the box. The big pot was broken at one end. The whole ending was canceled. It was packaged very well and had many other items that I had ordered from Amazon. I believe the bowl was broken before shipping because the large box that arrived had no dents. I contacted Amazon but never received a reply. I'm giving 3 starts because no one has ever replied to me. I am very disappointed and will not order anything like this from Amazon again. I drive an hour to the kitchen store.
