This fan is beautiful. It's big which is great for our family room. It's so quiet I just can't tell it's on. And thanks to the power savings, I plan to leave it on most of the time during this Texas heatwave. Plan for LED light bulbs from the start. Replacing lightbulbs is quite difficult, especially if you have high ceilings. But with LED bulbs, you really don't have to. I like that I have the option to turn on the top and bottom lights separately. We put warm light in one and bright light in the other, together it works well and you have the choice to change the color and atmosphere of the room. I only wish the light was dim, that would make this fan perfect. Our electrician couldn't get it to work either with separate wall switches for light and fan for some reason. I mix it up because now you have to use the remote if you want one to activate without the other. So don't lose this remote control. The colors are really pretty, we went with the lighter side leaves and they are great. With glass and Venetian bronze finishes, it has a very classic yet modern look. Really good if you like the transitional period.
