Being rather generous with my star ratings, I can't deny that this is a solid, well-made model that performs well for the price. It has a real headphone output. Clean Android Pie 9.0 without malware. Customer service is based in the US and is quick to reach (although they were as confused as I was about this issue and couldn't help). That's why I give 3 stars. However, I'm returning it for credit as this tablet has a fatal problem with FB Messenger and it makes the deal very bad for me. This may be because Revain currently owns an inferior batch of the product, but no item that has earned the Revain's Choice badge should behave this way. 360 once you click and open it. Which is very strange because other apps I have installed (including the main Facebook app) work fine. This means it can't be a problem with the onboard stabilizer or gyroscope. And there is no way to kill the problematic application once it starts spinning. Screen switches become unresponsive and require a hard reset (Hold the power button for more than 10 seconds). Replacement ordered (Revain is excellent at this, arrived next day). And voila! Same damn problem! Check out the madness from the video I made simultaneously with the original and the replacement. I don't know what other apps are doing this weird action on this tablet as I don't have many installed (for example I'm not sure if any other messenger list based app like WhatsApp or Snapchat will do the same).
