The support staff is very helpful, knowledgeable about all of our products & solutions in general! I have never had an issue that was not resolved quickly by their customer service department or technical experts who are always available via email / phone for assistance when needed!! There isn't much dislike at this point as everything has been great so far. Great experience working through MPS - they will work directly wtih any vendor (or even within one group) if necessary during implementation process which can be challenging sometimes but worth it overall because we get better results than expected from them compared other vendors out there today! We use several different printers throughout various departments including copiers etc., plus some standalone devices like scanners too -- no issues here either!! Highly recommend using these guys. ! They do what's best possible considering time constraints involved without overcharging us :) Support personnel knows.
