Love the carpet, love the concept of no mess. But the pens are very cheap. They open and close in the opposite direction from normal, yes I know that. It says to release first by sliding the cover back. But two of the three handles just wouldn't open at all. In any direction. In desperation we used a tool on them, they were still useless. Finally we removed the caps but now they won't close when there is water in them. We kept the product and only use one pen. If it is a single pen, we would assume the pen is defective and send it back. But the two pens tell us they're just cheaply made.
