Review on Zyllion Shiatsu Back Neck Massager by Patrice Lippmann

Bought this pillow after injuring my back lifting boxes. I did physical therapy and it helped, but not so much when I was at home. After being in so much pain, I took the initiative and bought things that I thought might help. This pillow was AMAZING for my back pain! I wish I could use it all day. It came quicker than expected and was well packaged. As I've been at home for the past few months I haven't really ridden, but if I had been injured I did. At first I didn't even notice that I didn't have a car adapter with me. I contacted support and they sent one straight away. As a customer, I really appreciate that. I was about to give the pillow 5 stars but thanks to the great customer service I will tell everyone how good this pillow is. 10 stars! You can use it with or without a heater. It shuts off when it gets too hot to prevent overheating damage. You have to hold down the power button for about 3 seconds for it to stop (I skipped this first and disabled it for it to stop). The balls rotate to really penetrate your muscles. I use it horizontally and vertically for my back and spine. I have not used it on any other part of the body but I am sure it will really help elsewhere. There is a Velcro fastener for use in the car. Haven't used it in the car yet but have used the strap to wrap the sofa cushion for extra comfort when leaning over the massage cushion. For Christmas I will also buy pillows for mum and dad.
