This is how peeling cherries is so quick and easy! In the last 3 days I've drained about 12 liters (maybe 10 minutes per liter). You need to count each time and make sure there are 6 wells at the bottom of the device. The pits tend to hang down on the cherries, especially on smaller, less ripe cherries and cherries that have been refrigerated. In 12 liters I only had about 10 cherries that kept the pit in the cherry. But I noticed it because I counted the holes. (Of course I sometimes throw the pits in my cherry bowl and the pitted cherries in the pitted bin. The device doesn't help!)
