About 10 percent failure rate
I average about 10 percent failure rate. I have burned about 30 DVDs and had trouble burning 4. Also note that the 1 3/8" sleeve is not suitable for printing compared to the regular 7/8" sleeve. My printer also has trouble accepting these DVDs and I have to try several times before it accepts them.
