Installation was difficult due to the weight but not the most difficult we've done. One of the dowels was misaligned and it was very difficult to insert a screw. With pliers and elbow grease we were able to install it. The two pillars holding the glass were a little crooked, but they can be adjusted. There are a few tiny bubbles in the glass, but not so many that you can see them from afar. Installing the jar was easy, and while they look a little big, they can accommodate more bulb shapes. Since it's not stainless steel, I'm afraid of rusting. At the moment it looks and works quite well. We decided to install frosted LED bulbs on top.
