I've been using this Vibrating plate every day for about 30 min. each time. It has truly made a difference in how I feel. With every different pose it targets different areas of your body. For me it feels like I just had a massage. Because it helps with blood circulation, the bone spur in my heal feels so much better. It has also help to relieve the pain in my hands, back, neck & hips. The muscles in my calf's have always been wound up too tight. This machine is the first thing that has helped to relax them. My whole family is enjoying this product.I'm an active 64 yr. old female.
