First off, let me say that I was a little excited that HP decided to push into the RGB memory space, so on a whim I decided to give this one a go buy to build them. was actually surprised to find out that they are really good bang for the buck. The HP branding and "v8" stuff are a bit garish in my opinion, but once you get over that, they're actually pretty good. One con I see depends on your case/mobo. If you decide to take them out for any reason, they are a chore as bending the tops becomes a little tricky to get them out.
