I'm EE and recently bought this for home use. I've been struggling with the idea of buying an inexpensive meter, but can't justify the cost of a full-featured Fluke for home use. I've tried a few other brands in the past and have always been disappointed, mostly with the weird UI and auto-range behavior. This meter works just like any other Fluke. Like others, I have found that I can measure error, which is more than I would normally expect from Fluke. I haven't dived very deep, but this mostly seems to be an offset error, although it depends on the scale. It's within spec and I'm happy with it. If you want more accuracy, you have to pay for it or buy another brand. However, if you really need to measure to within 0.1% accuracy and are considering this meter, you might want to consider learning a little more about electronic metrology before getting in too much trouble.
