***LATEST UPDATE: RETURNED*** As expected, the manufacturer never responded to me and I had to send the desk back. As a result, they put a table with an Ikea handle instead (it's great if there was no physical labor). By the way, returning this table to Amazon was a HUGE pain. Although they were very helpful, the return took a long time and the table had to be disassembled and repackaged. Unfortunately, this is one of those cases. I've had the table for two weeks now and it has almost completely stopped working. The table will randomly fall off on its own (sometimes just about a foot) and then become completely unresponsive. When trying to restart the desktop (according to the instructions provided), the desktop runs for about 15 minutes and then the same problem occurs again. I've tried calling the manufacturer but haven't heard anything. I really want to love this product and while it's possible it's a defective unit, I guess it will end up being a sad return to Amazon. We're spoiled at work and have top-notch Varidesks, so I was dying to have one at home. It was by far the best deal on the market. There are only a couple of negatives: the table wobbles a bit (nothing major, but something worth mentioning) and the countertop is in two parts that you put together (in practice this is normal, but if you have OCD, this is the one case may bother you). All in all the best compromise if you're looking for something that gets the job done and is of pretty decent quality. I would highly recommend getting a 3 year warranty ($25) on it as reliability has yet to be tested. For what it's worth, there's a 1 year manufacturer warranty that comes with the box.
