November 11, 2019 Update #2: Cylinder no longer holds pressure. If I sit in a chair and move at all, it just slides down. Order a new cylinder to replace it. As others have written this chair has a natural forward lean which is uncomfortable BUT it has a release lever that allows you to recline just enough to be comfortable. See photo.
