We're so happy with how our new workflow went! Our accountants and finance managers found the program intuitive and easy to use. Plus, we saved over 20 hours per month by automating routine tasks such as sending letters and emailing clients, generating reports, etc. Plena has helped us streamline our processes and save us thousands of dollars every year. Easy integration into Outlook/Exchange Server 2007 (and earlier) and Windows XP-2003 was seamless.. I had no problems whatsoever with importing contacts or calendar items from an Exchange server. Also it's very user friendly. everything you'd expect from a product like this one. And the customer support provided excellent advice during installation, and when issues arose. Very pleased.
