The adjustable velcro grip straps are amazing, and easily expand to accommodate gloves in cold weather.You'll forget you have them in your hands as you walk, and they are perfect for maintaining tone in your arms while you do.This is my second pair - they are very durable as well.Highly recommend.

These are great for making every day walks more challenging! They are easy to hold easy to manage.
