I HIGHLY recommend these shock absorbers. I just installed it on my 1998 4Runner and took it for a test ride. My previous shocks were original and had 320,000 miles on them. These things make my battered 20 year old truck look like new! My truck feels much safer to drive, smoother, more stable and MUCH more comfortable. Now the plastic fairing no longer rattles when I drive over bumps. All performance issues have been fixed. As already mentioned, I would highly recommend them. Fits 4Runner 1998. Paired with Moog Springs. I installed it myself in the driveway.
