I recently bought a wall light for our office and when it arrived I realized I had bought a 'corded' unit. Pooh. So I ordered this plug to connect the light myself so I can still use it. It worked great. All I had to do after connecting the wires was drill a small hole in the bottom of the sconce to allow the wire to come out of the bottom to connect. Great product for connecting a plug to a "wired" item.
