After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and suffering from it for many years, I started studying fascial adhesions, deep tissue fascial release, fascial splitting and that's why I ordered this. I have a muscle roller, massage balls, a massage glove, and a set of wooden reflexology tools. Of all of these, plus a few woodworking tools, I'll be using the most. It's very easy to manipulate - even with arthritic hands - because you don't have to "hold" it. Just put your hand in and rub. I really hope that by using these tools and techniques I've learned on YouTube and elsewhere, I'll eventually get rid of the adhesions that are causing my pain.
