This was one of the few RV approved bike racks that can carry the weight of our e-bikes. It was missing a locking nut so I sent a message to the company and got an immediate response. The company sent a replacement lock nut (3 pieces) straight from Taiwan (not China!) in no time! The stand itself is solid and well made. Have no regrets purchasing this shelf, especially from a company that stands behind their product.
