One of the best offers, glad I bought it.
Good city and road coverage can be found in rubber. Quiet. You can feel the extra padding between the driver and the seat, especially in the lower back, thanks to the original profile's pot-bellied sidewall. It's also useful for preventing alloy wheels from being damaged by grinding against the pavement. However, this is not a universal truth; rubber can also break. Proven: Quality tires deserve quality pavement.
- That's some serious silence! Absolute silence! With Pirelli R1 synthesizer included! Checkers with a changing pitch? Pot-bellied sidewalls; a unique and original profile. The transition from winter Velcro to Pirelli R7 synth tires was like installing a damper, smoothing out the ride and eliminating the sensation of tiny bumps and pebbles. Not to mention without a hitch! I'm not sure if this is my first or second season behind the wheel. but it's rubbery and not dry to the touch, while still being rather firm and elastic on the surface, which means it can be walked on.
- There are lots of longitudinal grooves but hardly none of the other kind. Ideal for the roads and the showers! But I find that I frequently need to use the priming. And there, the most important thing is to stay off the dirt road when it's raining.
