Exceeded all expectations for kayaking and rock climbing!
They were expensive but worth the money. I'm an occasional kayaker visiting friends on the rocky Maine coast. These shoes were perfect for taking off and landing on small islands and exploring the coast. The soles are very sticky! The shoes dripped and dried quickly and didn't get much sand in them. They look pretty cute just the way they are. The wide toe box is comfortable yet streamlined enough to sit well in the cockpit. Size wise I'm usually a 9.5 but these were good at a 9. I would also say they stretched a bit after a few days of use. Worth $ to feel safe on the rocks.
