I ordered this bag because I like the casual look, the front pockets and especially the gold color. It was intended to replace my current handbag which is a beautiful but dull gray. I had no idea this shoulder bag could be twice the size of my current handbag because it's so huge! First, the 2 outside pockets that look like cargo pockets actually have a zip at the top of each pocket. These 2 pockets are a pretty good size and one easily fits my phone and pens and the other outside pocket is very handy as a pocket to store a pair of masks. Just above these two outer pockets is another outer zippered pocket, quite large. The main pocket area is amazing how everything fits in there. I can fit at least twice as much as anything I've ever carried into a bag that I need to replace. This handbag has 2 different handle options, both of which are very strong and durable. There are shorter twin straps with a reinforced grip area at the top where you'll be holding it. It then has a long detachable strap so you can wear it as a crossbody bag. I'm a little confused as to what the latches are for, especially since none of them stay latched when you try to carry a latched bag. All pocket zippers work very well and the zippers are strong and durable. The only thing I didn't like about this wallet was the lack of hard reinforcement at the bottom. I can see where other people might see this as an advantage as it is one of the things that makes this bag so easy to fold and store away when not in use. However, since I want to use it like a regular bag and not fold it up every time I put it down, I don't like that there isn't a hard reinforcement underneath. fantastic travel bag and if you are looking for something that will hold a lot and is water repellent this bag is a great option. For the everyday handbag where you need more structure or rigidity of the bag design, this bag doesn't provide that.
