When using them on new shocks. You will not use the metal bushings that are given to you. Because your shocks should come with new metal bushings that are (to me at least) the same as the ones that come with new shocks. So they will only be supplements. never mind The other thing is the same metal grommets which you may need to trim a bit to fit the eye mount. About 1/8 inch or so. I used a bench grinder to lightly sand one end of the bushing. Easy enough. But without trimming them a bit, you're never going to get those mounts over the shock lugs. Otherwise great price here at Amazon. Can't beat them if you're in eye shock, you'll have to work where stem mounts normally go. Also keep in mind that they are about 2 inches long. So you add another two inches to the length/travel of your shock.
