For me, a recent buying trip to WildmanT was a safari through the wilderness from which I returned empty-handed and extremely disappointed. The website was user-friendly and offered a wide variety of men's apparel and accessories, but the physical goods were a different tale. The shirt I ordered was the wrong color, and the shoes I got were obviously worn before I even tried them on. When I tried to get in touch with customer support, I was met with a confusing labyrinth of prerecorded messages and unhelpful agents. The situation felt like I was lost in the middle of a dense forest with no way out and no one to ask for help. In addition, the process of returning the item was as difficult as crossing a swift river without a canoe. I was charged a restocking fee and only partially refunded after going through all the hoops required to return the goods. My time spent with WildmanT was, in a nutshell, a journey from which I brought back nothing of value. The quality of the goods was low, communication with the company was difficult, and processing returns was like wading through rapids. I have no plans to shop at this web site again.
