I love that they are very responsive to clients' needs! They have also been able to provide us with great resources when it comes time to launch our own products or services (like their marketing materials!). At this point we haven't had any issues working together but if there were anything else i would say just be sure you get everything out of your meetings/discussions - make them as productive as possible. We've worked closely with them to develop new programs at work and will continue doing so once launched. I love that they're all about making you feel at home. They care about their employees and offer an incredible work/life balance. They are constantly investing in new technology to help us get our work done efficiently. It's been amazing working with them! None, honestly. I can't think of anything that I didn't like!! We have such a great time together every day. Their team is so flexible and easy to work with.
