I wear glasses to work and need to wear a mask. I've found that if my mask moves even a little bit, my glasses will instantly fog up, making it difficult for me to see when I need to see. With this spray I wasn't sure if it would actually work, but to my surprise it does. Before applying, I wiped the glasses with a regular detergent. I then sprayed it onto my glasses and used the tissue paper that came with it. I then turned on the hot water in the bathroom to test it. Not only did my glasses not fog up while the bathroom was full of fog, I was able to see. I've been using it every day since I got it and have found I only need 1 spray per lens. I love that it comes with a small bottle that fits in my scrub bag. I found that because I wear glasses 10-12 hours a day, I have to put my glasses on several times. The great thing about this product, besides the fact that it works, is that it doesn't stain or stain my glasses. Great spray and very easy to use.
