I like that you can use this app in different ways, depending upon your level of expertise or experience within an organization. For example, it's possible for me as someone who has only had 1 job interview (and didn't get hired) to provide input into my next opportunity by using simple questions such as "What are some things they look at when considering candidates?" However, if i'm looking to be considered seriously then there needs to be much deeper analysis performed before even thinking about making contact! If used correctly it could help eliminate bias from decision-making processes.
