Review on Magentrix PRM by Tom Tofte

I like that it has easy to use drag & drop interface which makes creating my own templates very simple. The ability to create custom fields within each individual object also helps greatly in making our daily tasks easier than ever! It would be great if we could have more options when sending emails out as well as being able to track who opened them. Also having an option where you can save time by not needing to add attachments everytime but instead just clicking "send without attachment" once saved. We are using this software mainly through email communication between different departments at work and its overall functionality allows us to do so easily. This saves me alot of times since i don't always get asked questions about things via phone or over skype anymore due to how much information gets passed around these days. Its been really helpful since there isn’t anything else currently available that does.
