I ordered 1 floss with 8 disposable heads for $1.97 ($2.13 inc tax) and free shipping. What I received was a set of 5 filament pens, each with 8 disposable heads. Wow! I would happily return the 4 handles and heads as a set, but the hassle and cost of returning 4 that I did not pay for will cost someone (not me) much more than the total cost of the original purpose. I honestly don't understand how anyone can ship something to my house for $2 and make a profit even if it's free. Okay I'm enjoying my luck for now and this time I'll try to remember my luck when I get my next messed up order which is a big loss for me and has to be returned.
