Great device but short lived
This is the second device I have bought. I liked the first part, but broke one of the side panels. I suspect it's because I've used it too much. Anyway, I decided to give it another try and buy a second one, but as soon as I received it and connected it to my phone (iPhone 7 without a case) and tightened it, I noticed a tear. Should I give him another chance?
